Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster Management Centre, Dahej) was set up in view to give the fast response and a coordinating agency between the individual industries and District Management Centre in case of any major industrial accident in Dahej industrial belt.Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster Management Centre, Dahej) has been rendering valuable services as a local communication and response centre. Interventions such as awareness generation, capacity building and training programs undertaken by the centre has contributed towards preparedness and industrial and chemical disaster risk reduction in Dahej industrial area. It has done a great job in reducing risk against the possible industrial & chemical hazards through developing industrial On-site and Off-site emergency plans, awareness generation and conducting regular mock drills.As a President ofDahej Eco-Friendly Society I assure all the industries located in Dahej region that, we will put our best efforts to serve as a team During & Before any kind of emergencies. Upcoming industries are welcome to be part of this institution.

Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster Management Centre, Dahej) is working since the year 1999. Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster Management Centre, Dahej) was set up in view to give the fast response and a coordinating agency between the individual industries and District Management Authority in case of any major industrial accident in Dahej industrial belt.
With the changing scenario both at the local and the global front, we have committed ourselves to form an effective support system for the rural mass & Industries as well as empower them to set a platform for improvement/development. To achieve this, we have followed an integrated approach to smack the root cause of disaster. Our mission to help them to form a self-confident/self-reliant community has guided all our efforts.
